LiveSwitch is pleased to announce that we are changing the names of two of our products. Now, SimplyOn, our video conferencing platform, will be LiveSwitch Video, and SupBubble, our virtual estimates platform, will be LiveSwitch Contact. The name changes reflect our desire to bring our end user platforms under the LiveSwitch brand that many know, love and have trusted for 15 years.
Here is what will and won’t change:
For SimplyOn Users
- The product will be completely the same, just with a new name: LiveSwitch Video.
- You will use your existing username and password to login through LiveSwitch.com by navigating to “Sign In” and then selecting “LiveSwitch Video” from the drop-down menu.
- Don’t worry, if you navigate to SimplyOn.com, you’ll be redirected to the appropriate page on LiveSwitch.com!
For SupBubble Users
- The product will be the same, just with a new name: LiveSwitch Contact.
- You will still login through LiveSwitch.com by navigating to “Sign In” and then selecting “LiveSwitch Contact” from the drop-down menu.
- Don’t worry, if you navigate to SupBubble.com, you’ll be redirected to the appropriate page on LiveSwitch.com!
When we developed SimplyOn and SupBubble and released them in mid-2022, they were our first end-user products in our 15-year history. As a result, we gave them their own brand names that separated them from the cross-platform software development kits (SDKs) side of our business. Today, serving our SDK clients is still very important to us but our organization has expanded! SimplyOn and SupBubble are growing significantly and with that growth, they represent a greater share of LiveSwitch.
To reflect that growth and our team’s continued commitment to our products, we’re giving SimplyOn and SupBubble new names under the LiveSwitch brand. Today, SimplyOn and SupBubble are officially LiveSwitch Video and LiveSwitch Contact respectively!
