With over 20 years of experience in management consulting and a track record of empowering businesses across multiple industries, Anne will play a key role in driving LiveSwitch’s growth and strategic direction.
This appointment marks an exciting reunion between English and LiveSwitch owner Brian Hamilton, renowned for founding Sageworks, a pioneering fintech firm. English was Sageworks’ second employee, joining the company in its formative years from 2000 to 2004 and contributing to its foundational successes. Under Hamilton’s leadership, Sageworks grew into a prominent financial information company, which was later acquired. Their reunion at LiveSwitch signals a new chapter in LiveSwitch’s journey, leveraging the duo’s shared history of innovation and execution.
English’s expertise spans technology, media, and a range of other industries. She joins LiveSwitch from her recent role as Chief Strategy Officer at Allobee, where she guided the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, Anne founded Bamboo Strategic Advisors in Hong Kong, providing critical guidance to women founders on overcoming growth challenges and scaling their businesses. Earlier in her career, Anne honed her strategic and analytical skills at Accenture, Booz & Co., and Unilever.
English holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and graduated magna cum laude in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her proven leadership and multi-faceted industry expertise will be instrumental in propelling LiveSwitch’s mission to deliver innovative, real-time video solutions to a global audience.
